Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had an amazing location, overlooking the harbor and situated between two lakes with old thatched cottages nearby. The rooms were spacious but lacking in amenities and cleanliness. The service was friendly but at times inexperienced, possibly including trainees. The dining options were simple and overpriced. Despite the fantastic view, the balcony obstructed the outside seating space, and the sauna seemed hastily put together.
The hotel is situated in an exceptionally lovely location between two lakes and with lots of old thatched cottages in the area, providing a unique setting without the high prices of central Amsterdam hotels. The rooms are spacious but very basic, lacking amenities like a fridge and toiletries, and they can get uncomfortably hot like a sauna even in the evening. The lack of in-room facilities for making coffee or tea is also noted as a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it was disappointing that my view was of the car park instead of the beautiful lake. The service lacked experience and was not as polite as I would have liked, but the facilities were good.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although spacious and with a scenic view, felt a bit worn out and could use some upgrades, especially in the bathroom facilities. Despite being ready only at 17:00 pm, the views from the rooms were stunning. The service was lacking in experience and provided some wrong information, which was a downside. The location, nestled between two lakes with old cottages nearby, was lovely and perfect for a relaxing stay. The dining experience was average with a limited variety for a relatively high cost. The facilities overall were decent but could be improved.
The hotel is located in a very nice area, providing spacious yet basic rooms with free Internet access. The service, although friendly, seemed inexperienced, and there was an unfortunate incident with a purchased pet. The location is stunning, especially for boating enthusiasts, with a minor issue during breakfast. The dining experience was expensive for the quality received, although creative dishes stood out. The facilities offered were satisfactory overall.
